Four competitions will be held annually with points awarded counting towards the Club Championship.

Competitions will be divided into two groups - Prints and PDIs.

Themes will apply to PDI competition entries only.

The maximum entries per competition is three prints and three PDIs per member.

Competition subjects and judges will be selected by the Committee.

All entries must have been originally created with photographic equipment.

Each image can only be entered into any quarterly competition once in the current season, and a maximum of three times over three seasons. Images scoring 18, 19 or 20 cannot be re-entered (with the exception of that years Image of the Year competition).

All prints must be mounted with the print measuring a minimum of 20.4cm (8 inches) on thd longest side.

The author must hold copyright of all elements contained within images, whether printed or digital.

All entries must be in the hands of the Competition Secretary by 22:30 on the day specified by the Committee, normally the meeting immediately before the competition date. Late entries will not be accepted. PDI entries should be emailed into coalvillecdps@gmail.com.

Only fully paid up members may enter competitions.

Recommended sizes for PDI entries are 1920 pixels on the longest side for landscape images, and 1080 pixels on the longest side for portrait images.
